Ocon reveals brutal off-season preparation

New Force India driver Esteban Ocon has revealed that he has had to force feed himself in order to prepare for the new Formula 1 season. The aerodynamic regulations will promp higher cornering speeds, meaning drivers are having to put on extra weight in order to cope with the increased physical demand on their bodies. Ocon, though, has been forced into extreme lengths as he tries to meet to new required weight. 'I was on a big protein diet, it was very hard, I had to force feed myself,' Ocon said.
