Renault Sport unveil 2017 challenger the R.S.17
Renault Sport Formula 1 Team have officially unveiled their 2017 challenger, the R.S.17 in London, making them the third team to launch their car. Renault returned to Formula 1 last season after taking over the former Lotus F1 Team, this compromised their preparations and were forced to run an adapted version of the 2015 Lotus design. The R.S.16 lacked downforce and power, improvements were made throughout the season but car development was limited, as their focus switched to the new regulations being introduced this season.
