'Overtaking could be easier with 2017 cars'

– Red Bull's technical chiefs have suggested that Formula 1's new cars could create more overtaking opportunities than previous years, amid fears to the contrary.Formula 1 cars are set to be three to five seconds per lap faster in 2017, depending on the circuit layout, through overhauled aerodynamics and much wider Pirelli tyres.As the new era approaches, fears have been raised that drivers could find it more difficult to follow their rivals through corners, while braking distances are set to be reduced.However, key members of Red Bull's design team reckon the regulation changes could lead to more overtaking opportunities, as a result of increased drag along straights."The 2017...
