Hamilton: Rosberg retirement 'not a surprise'
– Lewis Hamilton says Nico Rosberg's decision to retire was "not a surprise", despite the newly-crowned World Champion stunning most of the sport with his announcement.Hamilton and Rosberg have known each other since their days in karting and ascended the ranks at a similar time, with Hamilton joining Formula 1 a year after Rosberg.Hamilton joined Rosberg at Mercedes in 2013 and edged their battles for three years, resulting in Hamilton claiming the World Championship in 2014 and 2015.Rosberg, though, beat Hamilton by five points this year to secure a maiden title, and announced on Friday that he will no longer participate in the sport."The sport will miss him, I wish...
