Contrite Vettel reiterates Whiting apology

– Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel has publicly apologised to Formula 1 Race Director Charlie Whiting for his expletive-laden radio message during the frantic closing stages of the Mexican Grand Prix.Vettel, running in fourth position, was irritated that Max Verstappen had not been told to cede third place after going wide at Turn 1 while under pressure from the German.In a radio message broadcast at the chequered flag, Vettel told Whiting to "f*** off," and was later demoted to fifth position after he was deemed to have driven dangerous against Daniel Ricciardo.Vettel sought out Whiting immediately after the race to apologise for his conduct and sent letters to the Briton...
