Pascal Wehrlein: 'I’m really pleased with my weekend here'

Pascal Wehrlein was pleased with his performance at his first United States Grand Prix for Manor Racing MRT. The German started the Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in twentieth, he was able to progress to seventeenth, ahead of team-mate Esteban Ocon. Manor were the final drivers to cross the chequered flag, after there was four retirements. Unlike Ocon, Wehrlein was only one lap behind race winner Lewis Hamilton. Wehrlein is really pleased with his weekend after a few challenging moments, including missing first practice and spinning out of the third session, and he hopes to continue this positive form into the Mexican Grand Prix.
