Lewis Hamilton: “I'll be holding nothing back out there”

Lewis Hamilton heads into the United States Grand Prix with a thirty-three point deficit to Nico Rosberg in the Drivers’ Championship still with his head held high, ready to take the fight to his team-mate across the remaining four races.
