Massa, Magnussen summoned to stewards

Felipe Massa and Kevin Magnussen have been summoned to the stewards for lapping too slowly when returning to the pits during Japanese Grand Prix qualifying. F1's sporting regulations stipulate that a driver must not exceed a maximum time - set by the FIA - between the safety car line after the pit exit and the safety car line before the pit entry on their in-lap. Both Williams driver Massa and Renault's Magnussen allegedly exceeded that limit and their teams have been summoned to see the stewards.
