Bottas glad Williams took strategy risk
– Valtteri Bottas has praised Williams for taking a strategic risk which netted him fifth in the Malaysian Grand Prix, ahead of the Force Indias.Williams is locked in a battle with Force India over fourth position in the standings, with the points gap ebbing and flowing in recent races.Bottas dropped out in Q2 at Sepang but rose to fifth on a Medium/Hard strategy, with Sergio Pérez and Nico Hülkenberg sixth and eighth."All the cars around had more pace in the beginning, on the Soft tyre," said Bottas."But we knew that after a few laps it would equal out and then we would have the advantage, having the opportunity to make a longer stint and possibly try to make a...
