Mercedes still favourite in Singapore, says Vettel

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel reckons the two Mercedes drivers are still favourite to claim victory at this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, despite their slump in performance during the last outing in Singapore.  This weekend will mark one year since Vettel and Ferrari last claimed victory, where in an infamous toss of events Vettel claimed Ferrari's first pole since 2012, outperforming the two Mercedes cars by nearly 1.4 seconds in qualifying, and winning the race without any threat from a Mercedes driver.
