Palmer looks to GP2 success for Singapore boost

 XPB Images Joylon Palmer is hoping that his previous success racing in Singapore in the GP2 feeder series will provide him with the boost that he needs for a breakthrough result in Formula One next weekend. With only seven races left in the 2016 season, Palmer is running out of time to prove himself at Grand Prix level and needs some strong results if he is to stand a chance of retaining his seat at Renault for another year. Palmer has yet to score a point in his maiden season in Formula One, but is hoping that his race-winning GP2 performance in 2014 will give him the level playing field that he needs in order to finally be able to show what he can do.
