Schumacher retirement : take 1!

© WRI2 On this day in 2006, Michael Schumacher won the Italian Grand Prix at Monza. And with that triumph came the announcement of the great German's retirement from F1. Ultimately, it would turn out to be a mere pause from the sport, with Schumacher returning with Mercedes in 2010.
