Bottas regretful of strategic error in Belgium
– Valtteri Bottas was left to regret a strategic error at the Belgian Grand Prix as Williams slipped behind Force India in the Constructors' championship.Bottas surged up to fourth place at the start but Williams' race unravelled when Renault's Kevin Magnussen crashed heavily at Raidillon.The Safety Car was deployed but Williams waited an extra lap before pitting, costing Bottas several places to those who reacted immediately to the neutralisation of the race.Bottas was then hindered further when the race was red-flagged, providing those who had yet to pit with a free stop, leaving the Finn down in 12th place when the race restarted.Bottas climbed back to eighth position but it was...
