Difficult day for Ferrari
Scuderia Ferrari Ferrari did not have a positive first day of practice for the Belgian Grand Prix as the team’s best time, scored by Sebastian Vettel in the second practice, was almost a second down on Red Bull's Max Verstappen. Both drivers struggled with making the tyres last on the very hot asphalt but also with finding a good balance of the cars. “In the morning the feeling with the car was pretty good, but then in the afternoon, when I put the supersofts on, I struggled to put a good lap together and I kept running off the circuit," said Kimi Raikkonen. “For the long run we changed some things but I was still struggling, for whatever reason.
