15-place penalty for Hamilton

Mercedes have confirmed that Lewis Hamilton will take a 15-place drop at the Belgian GP as they replaced both the turbo and MGU-H. Ahead of Friday's first practice, the FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer released the later technical report in which Mercedes had confirmed which components had been replaced. Hamilton is running a new turbocharger and MGU-H this weekend, bringing his tally up to six for the season for both. As such he will drop 15-places on the Belgian GP grid.
