Bottas admits Williams have been out developed
Much was expected of Williams this season, but results have fallen well short of expectations which team driver Valtteri Bottas attributes to the team losing out in the F1 development battle. Bottas admitted, 'We have not been 100% satisfied with the development in terms of improvements and upgrades for us as a team.' 'Some of the other teams have out-developed us a little bit, which has now put us under pressure from Force India. But this is Formula 1, it's competitive and it's tricky to be running up front,' mused the Finn who has only been on the podium once this year, when he finished third in Canada.
