Toro Rosso matched Ferrari's pace at Silverstone, says Kvyat

Daniil Kvyat says his Scuderia Toro Rosso squad deserved to get more out of the British Grand Prix - and that it even matched a struggling Ferrari outfit on race pace. The Russian finished 10th, behind Toro Rosso teammate Carlos Sainz and Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.
