Hamilton strongly opposed to team orders

Lewis Hamilton has warned Mercedes not to introduce team-orders at Mercedes following his much talked about coming together with his team-mate on the final lap of the Austrian Grand Prix. The two Mercedes drivers collided on the final lap when Rosberg encountered brake-by-wire issues, Hamilton made a move on the German, however Rosberg failed to slow his Mercedes W07 down which inevitably lead to contact. Following the incident, it was certain Mercedes' first 1-2 was on the cards since Russia back in April, however the damage was done to the team as a whole when Rosberg dropped down to fourth place.
