Hamilton on provisional pole in rain-affected qualifying, Kvyat crashes out

Austrain Grand Prix – Lewis Hamilton will start on provisional pole ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix after a rain-affected qualifying session. The Briton will start on pole with his teammate setting a time for second place on the grid.  Rosberg will receive a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change following a shunt in practice which will demote the German down to seventh place. Hulkenburg will therefore start in second place, but will have to wait for confirmation from the stewards after it was deemed that he ignored yellow flags on his timed run in Q1. Vettel set the fourth fastest time but starts in ninth place following a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change....
