Wehrlein rues floor damage, tyre wear

Manor Racing Pascal Wehrlein says damage to the floor of his Manor MRT05 affected his performance at the Canadian Grand Prix, as he finished the race in 17th place. Wehrlein picked up damage to the floor of his car on the grid but was still able to battle Renault's Jolyon Palmer and both Sauber drivers across the first stint of the race. Wehrlein, however, once again struggled with tyre wear during the closing stages and slipped behind Marcus Ericsson, eventually coming home in 17th spot.
