Manor: Floor damage hindered Wehrlein
– Manor Racing Director Dave Ryan says that floor damage on Pascal Wehrlein's MRT05 hampered the German's prospects of beating both Sauber drivers at the Canadian Grand Prix.Wehrlein started from 17th place on the grid but picked up floor damage before the start, compromising his performance, and he ultimately slipped behind Marcus Ericsson during the final stint.Manor team-mate Rio Haryanto suffered a slow first stop and filtered back on track behind the other Sauber of Felipe Nasr, and eventually classified in 19th position."We expected to be able to race the Saubers and that was indeed the case, albeit we made life difficult for Pascal by picking up a small bit of damage to...
