Follow live coverage of FP2 for the Canadian Grand Prix with F1i's live commentary page. Lewis Hamilton set the pace in the opening practice session, leading a Mercedes one-two by over 0.3s. However, Ferrari and Red Bull both looked competitive, with Max Verstappen fourth fastest despite spending the whole session on the soft tyre - the hardest compound available this weekend. Force India also looks strong with both cars in the top ten in FP1, while Williams was unable to show its full potential as Felipe Massa crashed heavily during the early stage of the session due to a DRS problem.
