Perez: VJM09 is constantly evolving
Revealing a package of updates for Spain, Sergio Perez believes the VJM09 can be competitive on all tracks. A highly impressive drive to ninth in Sochi, where he suffered a puncture in the opening lap melee which required an extra stop, saw Sergio Perez, in his one-hundredth Grand Prix, finally open his 2016 points account. The Mexican is confident the two points score in Sochi will be the first of many. 'The car is evolving constantly,' he told F1web.it, 'we had some improvements already in Melbourne, and there is a new package of updates coming in Spain.
