Vettel halted by Ferrari electrical issue

Scuderia Ferrari Sebastian Vettel is confident he and Ferrari can still be competitive at the Russian Grand Prix despite missing the bulk of Friday's second practice session due to a suspected electrical issue. Vettel had set a time on Super Softs that ultimately placed him second overall to Lewis Hamilton shortly before his SF16-H slowed to a halt exiting the final corner half an hour into the session. Vettel was unable to return to the circuit across the remainder of the session as Ferrari attempted to repair the problem.
