Sirotkin positive after Renault debut
Renault Sport Sergey Sirotkin labelled his Renault debut as 'positive' as he competed in the first practice session at the Russian Grand Prix. Sirotkin, 20, returned to a Formula 1 car for the first time since he participated in the corresponding session at the 2014 running of his home event. Sirotkin set the 13th fastest time, 0.8s and five positions ahead of team-mate Jolyon Palmer. "My target for today was to give the team exactly what they wanted from the session," sad Sirotkin.
