Bite-size tech: Mercedes W07 front wing endplate changes

Mercedes has brought a new front wing for its drivers to assess in Russia. The changes centre around a redesign of the endplate, with the upper rear profile split into multiple sections. This facilitates the movement of airflow outboard of the front tyre, to help shape its wake and improve performance downstream. You'll note the proximity of the canard, which will also have the airflow it sheds affected by the changes.
