Steiner: China was a reality check

For the first time this season newly formed American team Haas failed to score points at a Grand Prix after Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez finished outside the top 10 at the Chinese Grand Prix. In the opening two races of the season, Grosjean placed in an unexpected P6 at the Australian Grand Prix and followed up with an even better result in Bahrain, where he finished fifth. However, Haas Racing Technical Director Gunther Steiner said that their disappointing showing at the Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday afternoon was a reality check for them.
