Williams appoints Hollinger as third non-executive director

The Williams Formula 1 team has appointed a new non-executive director to its board in the form of American healthcare executive Brad Hollinger. Hollinger is currently the team's second largest stakeholder behind co-founder Frank Williams, after he purchased Toto Wolff's remaining five per cent holding in the team earlier this year, bringing the Vibra Healthcare CEO's total holding to 15 per cent. Hollinger joins current non-executive directors Nick Rose and Eddie Charlton on an initial three-year term.
