Alonso ‘not certain' to race in China

Chinese GP: McLaren driver, Fernando Alonso is yet to be confirmed if he can race at the third round of the 2016 Formula 1 season in China, after injuries sustained from his Melbourne crash meant he was forced to sit out the Bahrain Grand Prix.  Both McLaren and Fernando Alonso are ‘confident' that the Spaniard will be behind the wheel at the third round of the season in Shanghai, the Spaniard will not be 100 per cent sure until late Thursday in Shanghai where the FIA doctors will conduct tests, similar to those carried out two weeks ago at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
