JB: Biggest gain in 14 months

Jenson Button says the new Honda power unit introduced for the second pre-season test is the "biggest improvement" he has felt over the last 14 months. The McLaren driver completed 121 laps on Day Two of the final test as he sampled the new engine debuted by team-mate Fernando Alonso on Tuesday. Button's fastest time on the soft tyres was 1.5 seconds than the best of world champion Lewis Hamilton on the same compound. "I would say it is the biggest improvement I have felt with the power unit over the last 14 months," Button said of the new engine.
