Alex Lynn retains Williams development role

Williams Martini Racing has confirmed GP2 race winner Alex Lynn will remain with the team as test and development driver for the 2016 season. The 2014 GP3 Series champion and former Red Bull junior joined Williams at the start of the 2015 season and was given the chance to drive the FW37 for the first at the Barcelona in-season test alongside his GP2 commitments. Ending the GP2 season sixth overall with two wins to his name, Lynn – who will again race in GP2 with DAMS - has duly been retained by Williams for the 2016 season. “I am really delighted to continue in my Development Driver role with the team this season and remain grateful for their on-going support.
