Toro Rosso plans second test updates
– Toro Rosso is set to bring a raft of new parts to next week's second pre-season test, after debuting a basic version of the STR11 chassis.Carlos Sainz Jr. and Max Verstappen gave the new car its first mileage at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Monday and Tuesday.But the new design, sporting a temporary all-blue livery, is missing development parts due to the late call on using Ferrari engines."We will get new parts [for the second test]," said Verstappen."I'm very happy about that... because the engine decision was very late it was very difficult to get the car here, so we don't have all the parts yet."The parts are still in production."Verstappen...
