Pirelli confirms tyres for Russian GP

Pirelli Media Pirelli has confirmed that it will bring the Super Soft, Soft and Medium tyres to May's Russian Grand Prix at the Sochi Autodrom. Under new 2016 regulations, Pirelli will bring three compounds from its extended range of five to every race, with teams selecting which compounds to use across the course of the weekend. Pirelli has stipulated that one set of the Soft compound and one set of the Mediums must be used during the race. The selection mirrors the choices that Pirelli has already made for the first three races in Australia, Bahrain and China.
