Booth proud of Manor Marussia efforts
– John Booth says he is proud of the manner in which Manor Marussia "punched above our weight" as he departs the outfit following a six-year stint as its Team Principal in Formula 1.Booth founded the operation at the start of the 1990s and guided it into Formula 1 in 2010, where it competed under the Virgin Racing and Marussia guises before reverting to Manor Marussia ahead of its 2015 revival.Booth remained at the helm throughout but the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marked his final event with the team."Our race largely characterised our season; both the team and the drivers worked their hearts out, but there was a limit to what could be achieved with the package we have had...
