Kimi Raikkonen: “Not much happened in my race”

Kimi Raikkonen felt fourth was the best result he could have hoped for in Brazil despite sticking to a two-stop strategy when others around him switched to three-stop strategies. The Scuderia Ferrari driver admitted to struggling for grip with his Pirelli tyres throughout the race at Interlagos, but does not think switching to three-stops would have benefited him at all. “Not much happened in my race today: the start was kind of ok, I had some wheelspin but I managed to keep the position and I could follow Sebastian [Vettel] down the corner,” revealed Raikkonen. “We had enough speed to keep the fourth position easily, but I had hoped to have a better feeling with the car.
