Lotus has 'pretty good idea' of Grosjean replacement
Lotus F1 Team Lotus deputy team principal Federico Gastaldi says the outfit is edging closer to a decision regarding its replacement for Haas-bound Romain Grosjean in 2016. Pastor Maldonado will remain with Lotus for a third campaign but the identity of his team-mate remains uncertain, following Grosjean's decision to move to Formula 1's newest operation next year. "The passing of time means that you always get closer to something in the future, so yes, we are closer to making an announcement," said Gastaldi.
