GP3 Race 1 cancelled

The race 1 for the GP3 series has been cancelled, after the hefty crash of Carlos Sainz. Carlos Sainz' Toro Rosso went under the barrier, and created a substantial damage to the barricades at the scene of the accident. From safety aspect, it is critical that the barrier is restored, as if another car goes off in a similar position, it would be a much worse impact if the barriers are not in place. The FIA are also taking precautions so there are no delays to Formula 1's Russian Grand Prix Qualifying.
