Max Verstappen too busy with F1 to take driving test

Formula 1's youngest driver, max Verstappen will be eligible to take a drivers test next week, as the Dutchman turns 18 on 30th of September, however the young rookie claims he is too busy with Formula 1 to book a drivers test. The Dutchman admits he may have to wait for the 2015 Formula 1 season to get over in order to get a drivers licence, which would be at the end of November after Abu Dhabi.
