Chilton in Haas talks
Max Chilton has told the F1 Midweek Report that he has held talks with Haas about a potential race seat in 2016. The American squad will join the grid as the 11th team next year and recently revealed they have been talking to 10 drivers about their two seats. Haas have agreed a technical partnership with Ferrari, who will supply their power unit and gearbox, meaning Scuderia reserve drivers Esteban Gutierrez and Jean-Eric Vergne have been amongst the names linked with the drives. Chilton's last F1 race was at the 2014 Russian GP and he would jump at the chance to return to the grid next year.
