Vettel short changed as three tenths cover third to ninth

Scuderia Ferrari driver and four time world champion Sebastian Vettel believes Ferrari can easily turn things around during the race after qualifying ninth.   Vettel set the third fastest time in Q2 and sixth fastest in Q1, in Q3 he was nowhere near either position, qualifying ninth, a tenths slower than his best effort in Q2.
