Verstappen, Sainz can win in F1
Scuderia Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost feels Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz have the talent to succeed at the highest level of Formula 1 so long as they flourish in the correct environment. Ahead of the 2015 season, the Italian team made history by announcing the youngest driver line-up in the sport's history with the signing of 20 year-old Sainz and 17 year-old Verstappen, the latter going on to become the youngest person to start and score in F1.
