Roberto Merhi banned from two races after finish line crash

Marussia F1 driver Roberto Merhi caused a crash in Formula Renault 3.5 series and inexplicably slowed down at the finish line, causing this crash with Nicholas Latifi. At the very end of the race, Merhi slowed to a near stop just before he crossed the finish line, causing a violent collision with Nicholas Latifi. Fortunately, both Merhi and Latifi were unharmed. Merhi explained on Twitter that he has a suspension problem. For his role in the incident, Merhi was excluded from classification the the race, and also excluded from the second race of the day.
