Rosberg end Austria test, eight tenths clear of Ferrari

Nico Rosberg dominated of his Mercedes W06 today and simply took fastest lap-time for the second and final day of F1 testing in Austria. The Morning session was cut-shot due to gearbox trouble, which was quickly by Mercedes for remaining part of the session, following the German setting a 1:09.113s that was never headed. The Ferrari test ace, Esteban Gutierrez only managed 27 laps in the morning session with the team concentrating on “development work” for the day. Finally, the Ferrari man took second fastest in the final hour of the day ahead Williams F1’s Valtteri Bottas.
