Vettel sure Ferrari made up ground on Mercedes in Austria

Sebastian Vettel is sure that Ferrari has made up ground on Mercedes despite finishing a distant fourth in Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix following a problem at his pit stop. Vettel qualified third at the Red Bull Ring, but was unable to challenge either Lewis Hamilton or Nico Rosberg in the early stages of the race despite showing a good long-run pace in practice on Friday. The German driver dropped down to fourth place on lap 36 after making his one and only pit stop of the race after his mechanics struggled to attach his right-rear tyre.
