Red Bull confirm engine changes & penalties for their drivers

Red Bull Racing, as expected, have opted to swap the power units in their cars for the Austrian Grand Prix weekend. This means that both drivers will take a grid penalty. Daniil Kvyat & Daniel Ricciardo will both have to take a 10 place grid penalty as a result of the engine changes. The decision is believed to be tactical rather than necessary, as the team were not expecting their home circuit to suit their package. A swap to the penalty-triggering 5th engines of the season will mean that, all going to plan, they won't incur penalties at a track that suits them a little more.
