Pirelli confirms tyre nominations for remaining European races
F1's tyre supplier Pirelli has confirmed its compound nominations for the remaining 2015 races to take place in Europe. Following this weekend's Austrian Grand Prix, F1 heads to Silverstone in the UK, the Hungaroring in Hungary, Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium and Monza in Italy. Pirelli will take the white-striped medium and orange-marked hard compounds to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix. The two most durable tyres in the Italian manufacturer's range have been selected due to the circuit's fast and flowing nature. The medium and yellow-marked soft tyres will be brought to the Hungarian Grand Prix, due to the often high temperatures and twisty track layout. The same two compounds will...
