Marchionne: F1 rules are completely incomprehensible

In Canada, Sergio Marchionne made his first appearance at a grand prix since taking over as Ferrari president and had a few choice things to say about the current state of Formula 1 and the resurgence of his team. Marchionne said Ferrari might have made even more progress relative to dominant Mercedes if not for the 'constraints imposed by the current regulations'. Refering to the current engine freeze rules, which Marchionne says is just one example of how F1 is too complex at present.
