Sainz Jr. frustrated by lack of running
Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso rookie Carlos Sainz Jr. was left to rue a lack of running during practice for this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix due to mechanical issues and heavy rain. Sainz Jr's first session was interrupted by a car problem while a torrential downpour at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve washed out the final hour of running in the afternoon session. "It’s been a difficult day for us," said the Spaniard, who has a quick spin at the first corner. "This morning in FP1 we had some electronic issues, so we were slow and didn’t complete as many laps as we wanted to. It’s a bit annoying, because it’s very important for us to get as much mileage as possible...
