Esteban Gutierrez: “It was definitely a very productive day”
Esteban Gutierrez had his first on-track test as a Scuderia Ferrari driver on day two of the in-season test at the Circuit de Catalunya, with the former Sauber F1 Team driver completing 119 laps and finishing seventh quickest. The Mexican driver, the team’s official reserve driver to regular drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen for 2015, admitted he was focused on working on updates that were aimed for the upcoming races, but admitted his excitement to finally get out on track in a Ferrari SF15-T having spent most of his time working in the team’s simulator so far this year. “Our work was aimed at the upcoming races, looking at various aspects, such as driveability,...
