Manor set to skip Barcelona test

Manor will not be present for the post-Spanish Grand Prix test at the Circuit de Catalunya as it continues to focus on developing its new car. The team, which was revived ahead of the 2015 F1 season after slipping into administration towards the end of 2014 under its former Marussia guise, has persevered with an updated version of last year's car, still using last year's Ferrari engine. With the teams set to stay behind at the Circuit de Catalunya this week for a two-day young driver test, with no new parts to test and a desire to invest money elsewhere, Manor will therefore not participate and instead turn its attentions to the next race in Monaco, where it scored points last season....
